This album has something primeval and to me feels like a major nod towards Burzum's late ambient works with a predominant cold wintry aura. There is a back and forth between the solemn and reflective winter landscape and more bombastic and explosive sections which remind me of looking into a starry sky full of dancing lights. A diverse and gratifying release with a pleasant assortment of sounds and instruments.

A wonderful exploration of winter synth and its dynamics, from slower-paced meditative synth and shimmering, dream-like passages to more ominous tracks in which your hypothermic doom is but moments away. Fantastic work!

One of my favorite dungeon synth albums, and I had only heard it a few days ago for the first time. Perfect for drifting off to sleep, but also for driving under the canopy of trees. It is very soft, and pleasant, yet vast at times. The ambient forest sounds are extremely soothing. A wonderful work of art that feels as refreshing as diving into the deeps of a natural, cold spring in the eves of summer.
